Hello, I'm Pungy1234, your retired leader and founder. My career in CP armies has been quite dynamic and by many peoples' point of view, quite strange. I joined the Nachos in 2009. I was in Nachos for a while but then they forced everyone to download the Nachos toolbar. This had also been right after I had gotten a talk at my school about not downloading things O_O. Because of this, I didn't download it and couldn't access the Nachos site. That seemed to be the end of my army career. Eventually, I quit CP and went to the world of Runescape. One day, I decided to start playing CP again (don't ask me why) and I remembered the Nachos. I found their site, and I was not forced to download the toolbar :) so I rejoined as a Private and I am now retired. I lead and founded the Global Defenders of CP. Thanks to Redd Kool, my dream became a reality. I led GD through the Flyer Wars, the First SWAT War, World War XII, the Second SWAT War, and many other encounters. I lead GD to become 8th on the Major Army Top Ten, though I couldn't have done it without my ever so loyal troops. Through leading GD, I became far from inexperienced and was inducted as a Small-Medium Army Legend by SMAC. When SMAC had "Legends Removals," I was not removed. I am also working as a Philosopher on Club Penguin Army Central (CPAC) and as the Head at Small-Medium Army Central (SMAC). Through journalism, I was able to further expand my reputation, and bring my ideas to the Club Penguin Army World. I bought GD a CSS and a Domain (gdarmy.com), which were both worth every cent (special thanks to Etac for coding). I hope to have the honor of leading this army to its golden age. We fought CPGT today. In the end, we lost. But it was really close. I am however disappointed by Gares and Jasiux as they were yelling at each other during the battle. Don’t fight, especially during battles. We also got our first full chat at the end. Anyways here are the results.

Well today is sort of a mini election. Nobody is being elected but there are some things that I would like the whole army to vote on. They are going to be in a poll. Here we go:

I just thought I’d update you on the new and improved rules of CP warfare. The League of Nations had a meeting last night and they voted on many different topics. Here are the new rules of CP warfare:
Anti-Hacking Bill Stays: Full Information Seen Here.
24 Hour Notice Rule Stays: An army must give the enemy 24 hours notice for an invasion to be considered legitimate. This also means if you lose a server, you can’t just retake it after the enemy leaves – you must re-schedule with 24 hours notice again.
No Time Limit To Battles: There is no time limit to a battle on Club Penguin between armies. The battle can go on for as long as it has to. If a time limit is needed, the armies involved have to work with each other to make one.
Klondike Belongs To The CPUN: As it has been for years, Klondike will remain with the Club Penguin United Nations under their care. As it belongs to the CPUN, it is also under ACP control.
Mammoth Stays Neutral: The server of Mammoth will remain neutral and will be under the care of no one. It is free for anyone to use.
No Claiming Rooms: The five room rule was decided to be ejected out of the official rules and laws of Club Penguin Warfare. When invading a server, if the opponent or owner of the server does not show up aafter ten minutes of the scheduled time, the invader automatically gets the server. If the opponent does arrive, the army has to successfully battle the army to officially win the server.
No 2-Server Rule: The 2-server rule was ejected. You do not have to own a certain amount of servers to invade or declare war on another army.
Max Of Armies Sharing A Server: At all times, one army owns a server. The only times the server can be shared is when they other army(s) sharing the server are allies, or they are in an alliance.
Spying Is ALWAYS Legal: Spying in Club Penguin Warfare is a type of tactic. There is no law or rule that says an army can’t spy on the opponent. Armies cannot call no spying in a battle or war for it will be illegal. Armies can spy whenever they want.
15 Server Max To All Armies: All armies have a maximum of owning fifteen servers each. Any more servers will be invalid and will not count to ther army’s official nation.
One of the most notable things is that Spying is Legal. We will be using that tactic in the near future. That’s all for now.
Today we had a practice battle with Pink Ice. In the end, we tied. Pink Ice did better than us in the beginning, but in the end we pwned them. We are now allies and will be strong together.
Since our practice battle results with CPGT were so epic and close, we’ve decided to continue battling them for fun. Keith and I agreed to a “Fun War.” Now you might be thinking, “What is this Village Idiot Talkin’ About? How can War be Fun?” Well this is CP Armies! Basically we are going to do the following in a series of six battles.
1st Battle: Practice Battle
2nd Battle: One Army Invade Other’s Server
3rd Battle: Same as 2nd
4th Battle: Other Army Invades Servers
5th Battle: Same as 4th
6th Battle: All out battle to the death
All servers will be returned to their owner as this is not empire expansion. The times and dates will be out soon. Rock on GD!

Our event results were disappointing. The most we had at once was maybe 7. That is way too few troops. We are a better army than this. I expect 15 at the practice battle tomorrow. If we do not get nobody will get promotions.
