1. Summary of the Global Defenders

The Global Defenders were created on February 2nd, 2011 by Pungy1234 as the Penguin Militia Army. The name was changed on February 13th to the Global Defenders. The first generation ended with Pungy’s retirement on August 30, 2013. A revival was attempted by Jacknat02 on February 1, 2014, but met little success. On March 30, 2014, the Second Generation of the Global Defenders’ Army was officially restarted with Dpd (Brady) at its head. The Global Defenders are a fun loving army who are here to make Club Penguin warfare more fun. We are always fair and love to help others. Getting high ranks in our army is not a challenge, as your experience is always taken into account. Getting promoted is also quite easy as we have promotions once a month and promotions at battles that are huge and important.

2. Global Defender Leaders

The following table shows the Leaders of the Global Defenders and the order that they led:

• Pungy1234 [February 2011 – August 2013] – Pungy created the Global Defenders and led them to Major. He was responsible for most of the great advances of his time. His story is not yet finished as he continues to lead GD today.
• Redd Kool [November 2011 – January 2012, June 2012 – September 2012] – Redd Kool was one of first and founding members of the GD. Redd served as Pungy’s 2nd in Command and right hand man for many months. He was leader made leader in November 2011.
  
• Jacknat02 [May 2012 – September 2012, April 2014 – Present] – Jack is a veteran troop of the Global Defenders, joining and flying through ranks in its Golden Age. His dedication to the army has been unparalleled ever since and he served well as leader in the summer of 2012. Now, he is back as leader of the Global Defenders as Brady resigns to give his position to Jack.
• Brady [Dpd2000] [March 2014 – April 2014] – Brady was the fourth leader of the Global Defenders. Brady served as Pungy’s Vice President in the 2nd Generation, and quickly became leader for the 3rd Generation. Brady resigned from his presidential chair in April of 2014. He has had a short leadership, but is known for finding the 3rd Generation of the Global Defenders.

3. National Threat

Threats made to the Global Defenders are taken very seriously. If you make a threat against the Global Defenders, you will be punished. Below is the current GD threat level, details of the threat, and what actions you should take for your security, and the security of GD. The levels of national threat are as follows:

• Code Blue: All is peaceful, no threat level, no threat of hacking. No action required.
• Code Green: Non-credible threat made against GD. Stay alert, no other action required.
• Code Orange: Minor, but credible, threat made against GD. Stay alert, no other action required.
• Code Red: Major threat made against GD. Trust only GD troops. Add no personnel to site. 
• Code Black: Major threat. Site locked down. No in or out movement. Chat kept to only GD troops.
