Hey GD,

Things are going to be a bit hectic here at GD for the next week or so. I am on vacation again, but this may actually play to our benefit. seeing as I’m 3 time zones behind PST. In addition to this, a new “regime” if you will, is being put into place. GD’s new leadership will not be a dictator-like “regime” but more of a transition to new leadership. Also, check out some amendments to the Constitution.

Constitutional Amendment Number 3

Effective immediately, Constitutional Amendment Number 3 puts in a temporary amount of owners in the GD Leadership. Temporarily, the Owner Ranks will no longer follow the “Owner Pyramid” put in by the constitution. Instead, the following number of Owners will be put on the ranks.

• 2 Leaders
• 2 Co-Leaders
• 3 Ambassadors

This amendment will be repealed at a later time only by it’s creator, or by the Senate. If not repealed, this amendment will be void after the retirement of Amendment Creator Pungy1234.

Appointment of Redd Kool to Leader of the Global Defenders

Effective immediately, this decree dictates that Redd Kool, shall assume the rank of Leader of the Global Defenders. Redd Kool shall have full authority of that of the Leader of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin and shall have full control and veto power of the Senate and lower Owner ranks. Redd Kool shall NOT promote a second leader, should Pungy1234 retire within his reign. Redd Kool, as Leader, does NOT have the authority over the following.

• Mergers

Redd Kool shall have full power as soon as he has signed the Constitution of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin, next to the name of the last person to sign.

Constitutional Amendment Number 4

Effective November 25th, 2011, Constitutional Amendment Number 4 dictates that the Senate of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin MUST, at all times, be running actively. Failing to do so is in violation with the Constitution of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin, and gives the people full right to demand a Senate. Should the leadership fail to bring forth a Senate, the troops have a right to revolt. Senate elections MAY be put on hold, should there be a state of war declared upon another army.
