Meet The Creator:

Hello, I'm Pungy1234, your retired leader and founder. My career in CP armies has been quite dynamic and by many peoples' point of view, quite strange. I joined the Nachos in 2009. I was in Nachos for a while but then they forced everyone to download the Nachos toolbar. This had also been right after I had gotten a talk at my school about not downloading things O_O. Because of this, I didn't download it and couldn't access the Nachos site. That seemed to be the end of my army career. Eventually, I quit CP and went to the world of Runescape. One day, I decided to start playing CP again (don't ask me why) and I remembered the Nachos. I found their site, and I was not forced to download the toolbar :) so I rejoined as a Private and I am now retired. I lead and founded the Global Defenders of CP. Thanks to Redd Kool, my dream became a reality. I led GD through the Flyer Wars, the First SWAT War, World War XII, the Second SWAT War, and many other encounters. I lead GD to become 8th on the Major Army Top Ten, though I couldn't have done it without my ever so loyal troops. Through leading GD, I became far from inexperienced and was inducted as a Small-Medium Army Legend by SMAC. When SMAC had "Legends Removals," I was not removed. I am also working as a Philosopher on Club Penguin Army Central (CPAC) and as the Head at Small-Medium Army Central (SMAC). Through journalism, I was able to further expand my reputation, and bring my ideas to the Club Penguin Army World. I bought GD a CSS and a Domain (gdarmy.com), which were both worth every cent (special thanks to Etac for coding). I hope to have the honor of leading this army to its golden age. Hello. I am ShadowStar, your newly elected 3rd in Command and Head of Senate. I apologize for the lateness of this post, as I did not have a full amount of time to finish it. This post is mainly about the Senate because I do not feel the need for any type of introduction.

Alright, first off, I would like to thank the citizens of GD for voting me as the Head of Senate. I appreciate all of your support through the voting, and it will be re payed to you with labor and loyalty. I ensure you that I will do my best to keep this Senate moving and in order. Now then, there are 2 bills which are being proposed today. The first bill comes from yours truly. The second bill is proposed by the Leaders of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin, Pungy1234 and Redd Kool.

Senate Meetings Bill

The Senate Meetings Bill is a bill proposed by ShadowStar. The bill states that within the current Senate and any future Senates to be created that all Senate bills shall be posted on the site. From this point onward, there shall be no meetings made to discuss bills affecting the Global Defenders of Club Penguin. The only meetings allowed to be created must be under emergency circumstances and or must be the monthly meeting that will still take place. These circumstances must fall under any of the following scenarios:

A. a war lasting more than 2 weeks that has contained more than 5 battles

B. an attempt of overthrowing a current Leader

C. a lack of activeness lasting over a period of 2 weeks; in activeness, within these terms, may only be defined as sizes underneath 5 for more than 3 events in a row, a lack of having at least 10 members on chat online twice per day for a week and less than 5 posts within a 2 week period

Unless at least one of those specified terms are reached and validated, no meetings shall be called to order upon the Senate of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin.

Assembly Bill

The Assembly Bill was proposed by Leaders Pungy1234 and Redd Kool. This bill states that there shall be an Assembly where all citizens of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin may attend. There will be a meeting for this, most likely every few weeks or every months. That will be discussed at a later time. The Assembly would allow the citizens of the Global Defenders of Club Penguin to share their own ideas, which the Senate can then further discuss and vote on. All citizens would be allowed to attend, as long as their behavior on the chat room remains satisfactory, meaning no inappropriate behavior on that chat. If this bill is to be passed by both the Senate and the Leaders, then a discussion will be made between the Head of Senate and the current Leaders to discuss the processes of the Global Defenders Assembly.

Now, as a conclusion to this post, I would just like to tell the Senate that for any bills to be voted on, a majority of the Senate, meaning 3/5 in this case, must vote to pass it, and then the Leaders must also approve of the bill. If you have any questions at all, just comment them on this post and I will work to get back to you. Lastly, it is, as I said before, an honor to be given this chance to help the Senate, and I will do my best to keep it going.
