Hello Fellow Defenders,

    Today I greet you all with an abundance of serious issues GD is facing today. Please take the time to read through this post and comment. We as an army can descend into the hell of forgotten armies, or, we can ascend into the bliss of a successful army. Lately, from other figures in GD I have been hearing “Recruit! Its the best way to go!”, I for one agree with that statement in many ways, but not every way. Global Defenders, hear me out, I want you to recruit. I love it when troops recruit. But an army cannot rely on just recruiting, it must rely on many other things. When the word “recruiting” is spoken in an army context, it is laced with many other things that follow it. If someone were to recruit someone, completely zone them out, never bring them to chat, what good does that do? Some of the aspects of a great army come from the soldier, and the leader. A soldier is the beacon of hope for an army. Soldiers recruit, and bring more soldiers. What I’m saying is, when we as Global Defenders recruit, leader or soldier, we must keep up with what we’ve started. For leaders, we must keep troops interested in the army, and make sure we treat them with respect, and dignity. For soldiers, we must respect our leaders, be active, and try to help out 110% of the time. When recruiting, add the recruited as a friend on xat, so when an event is going on, you can simply message them to come. Global Defenders, what is being preached is not old news, GD has experienced this in the past. We cannot be ignorant and not learn from our mistakes. As an army, we’ve made big strides. I believe we can go even further. This post is targeting everyone in GD. Make a difference in your army. Recruit, and make the recruited feel at home. Do your best you can do. Defend the Globe. Go Global!
