When actions of great injustice and unfairness are committed to a people, it is their responsibility to do what they must in order to reestablish what is right. We, the people of the Outback Soviet, believe ourselves wronged by the federal Government of the Global Defenders’ Army. The President has broken his bond of fealty to the lordship of Outback, and has taken measures not within his power with the sole purpose of wasting innocent lives in war.
Pungy Agrippa, the tyrant Defender, has exercised powers not within his constitutional power. The power of a President is as follows:
The responsibilities of the President include appointing ranks, supervising elections, leading events, governing the people of the Global Defenders, approving laws passed by the Assembly, negotiation with other armies unless an Ambassador is appointed, and making sure the Global Defenders are operating at the best of their abilities. The President is responsible for the overall welfare of the Global Defenders and must not derelict such duties under any circumstances.
War is not a power listed in the Constitution belonging to the President. Yet the President has declared war, claiming it as his right and responsibility. No, war is not granted to the President, and should not all powers not given to the President be given to the People? I say to you, should there be war, it must come from the Global Defenders assembled. At best the President is allowed to defend from threats, which the Outback Soviet is not, negotiate with other armies, which he has failed to do with Outback, and approve laws passed by the Assembly. War is law, and this war has not Assembly approval.
And the President claims Outback as the Global Defenders’ territory, yet he has raided it. Is that showing responsibility for the welfare of the people in that Server? I think not. Today he has sent troops to attack and raid Outback, a server he considers still part of the Army, and therefore attacking his own Nation.
In the Constitution, it gives the Lords the following responsibility:
They are responsible to guard and protect that server. They are encouraged to recruit a small army
Having found the government oppressive and unfit to rule the Global Defenders, the Server of Outback has done what it thought right in order to guard and protect it. Our small army is perfectly legitimate, so long as it is not used against the government, which it never was. War was declared regardless, and the oath of fealty between Lord and President broken by the latter not us.
Lords may not use their armies to rebel or strike against the power of another lord or the Greater Army
The Outback Soviet, while lordship still remained, did not rebel and never did strike at the Global Defenders’ Greater Army. It simply showed its disapproval, its demand for change, and its rejection of all Greater Army laws until a new leader has been established. If Pungy Agrippa had wanted Union, he simply had to agree to concessions. Instead, he has provoked a civil war, which as is the Lords’ responsibility, we are required to protect and guard our server.
It is therefore the responsibility of the Outback Soviet to sue the President of the Global Defenders for illegally declaring war, attacking his own people, and breaking the bonds of fealty between Outback and the Greater Army. We demand that the Supreme Court gives assent to our rights as Global Defenders, and gives us fair and speedy trial, in order to address the offenses committed by the Great Tyrant, Mr. Agrippa.
We also demand that the Assembly of the Global Defenders schedules and assembles in a meeting to discuss the declaration of war and allow the People to exercise their rights as Global Defenders. The People have four choices: concession to all our previous demands in our Declaration, negotiation for Union with the Outback Soviet, a grant of independence to the Outback Soviet, or civil war. If the People decide war, then the Outback Soviet will accept it, though it is our last desire.

May the Supreme Court be just, and may the Assembly desire peace.
By seceding from the Global Defenders, you thereby forfeit the rights, responsibilities and privileges guaranteed by the GD Constitution, including your right to sue in the Supreme Court.
By seceding from the Global Defenders, you thereby broke the bond of fealty between Lord and President, not vice-versa. It is only natural then, that the people of the Global Defenders should react militarily to your secession.
The Outback Soviet is not a member of the Global Defenders, as you insist. However, it’s claim to the server of Outback is illegitimate, thus it is the responsibility of the Global Defenders to remove illegal users of our servers from our server.
Because the Outback Soviet is not a member of the Global Defenders, as stated in your secession, it is not guaranteed a trial in the Supreme Court, nor a vote in the GD Assembly.
The Global Defenders wish for a union between the Outback Soviet and the Global Defenders, made only upon terms deemed reasonable to the People of the Global Defenders.
As President of the Global Defenders, I wield the executive power of the Global Defenders, meaning that I have the ability to declare war on whomever I deem appropriate.
A secession from the Global Defenders is definitely a threat to our well being. It is my responsibility, as President, to ensure that GD is safe from threats. A secession is definitely a threat.
We declared secession or concession, and are in the interim, as the People have not decided which to give us. It was you who took it into your own hands to strip us of our union. We claimed as follows:
“If the Army has any objection to our secession, we demand concession to our grievances, that this Army may become a Free Army, unoppressed by tyrants ensconced and hidden under claims to Democracy. We demand as concession that we gain control over this Army so we may guide and guard it in its future days, allowing it growth and success unseen under such despots. We also demand the tyrant himself, Pungy Agrippa, step down from his lofty throne and join the Common Penguin unpunished, so true Communist Democracy may for once work as intended in Club Penguin. If these concessions are not met, we claim our rightful Independence and Secession, and declare the birth of a new Free and Equal Army, the Outback Soviet.”
And since there was obvious objection to the secession, we await concession as members of the Global Defenders’ Army. We reserve all rights as citizens, especially freedom of speech! We, also, not being officially a seceded army, as you yourself have objected to, did not break the oath of fealty.
You confuse the meaning of the Outback Soviet. The Outback Soviet is Outback. How can the Outback Soviet secede if it never was a member of the Global Defenders. We are one in the same, and only have changed names from the Outback Lordship to the Outback Soviet. We remain, as always, the people of Outback.
We claimed no vote in the Assembly, though we are right to it as citizens of the Global Defenders Empire. How is it that you can decide for the Army that neither concession nor secession is allowed? It is the People’s decision we wait on, assembled as a democratic legislature, to decide if we are truly seceded.
The terms we ask for are MORE than reasonable for the People of the Global Defenders. Our concessions grant liberty and true democracy, with no tyrants (or as you call them, “Presidents”). It is to you, the President of the Global Defenders, in all your power, that these terms are unreasonable.
It is true, you have the Executive power. It is executive, meaning you execute what the legislature legislates. Even in the US, the President is only commander in chief, not declarer of wars. The legislative power is granted to the Assembly, and the Assembly declares all wars, unless it were otherwise stated (which it is not).
There is no threat of secession. Secession or concession, it is the People’s choice, and there is no threat from the former. We wish only to live in peace, whether it be separate or in union. The threat you speak of is imagined and unexisting.
Now let the Supreme Court and the Assembly decide these matters, not us. That is, unless, you deny the constitution:
“The President shall not have power over the Assembly or the Supreme Court under any circumstances.”
The Outback Soviet is NOT part of the GD Empire, therefore they are not protected by the rights of the constitution.
Then there is no secession because you are denying us access to the army? I thought you wanted us NOT to secede. We’re currently awaiting the People to tell us if they’ll make some changes or if we should just secede. But if you’d rather declare us independent as above so you don’t have to grant us our rights, then I guess that’s ok too. Probably merge into the ACP or something where Outback is safe and tyranny is dead.
I remember when Pungy created the Lords of Server type things. He said “You own the server and control what GD does with it. That is until you leave GD, or lose the rank required to control it. Once that happens a new Lord will be placed.”
So since you were demoted, you technically don’t own it anymore.
