Hello, I'm Pungy1234, your retired leader and founder. My career in CP armies has been quite dynamic and by many peoples' point of view, quite strange. I joined the Nachos in 2009. I was in Nachos for a while but then they forced everyone to download the Nachos toolbar. This had also been right after I had gotten a talk at my school about not downloading things O_O. Because of this, I didn't download it and couldn't access the Nachos site. That seemed to be the end of my army career. Eventually, I quit CP and went to the world of Runescape. One day, I decided to start playing CP again (don't ask me why) and I remembered the Nachos. I found their site, and I was not forced to download the toolbar :) so I rejoined as a Private and I am now retired. I lead and founded the Global Defenders of CP. Thanks to Redd Kool, my dream became a reality. I led GD through the Flyer Wars, the First SWAT War, World War XII, the Second SWAT War, and many other encounters. I lead GD to become 8th on the Major Army Top Ten, though I couldn't have done it without my ever so loyal troops. Through leading GD, I became far from inexperienced and was inducted as a Small-Medium Army Legend by SMAC. When SMAC had "Legends Removals," I was not removed. I am also working as a Philosopher on Club Penguin Army Central (CPAC) and as the Head at Small-Medium Army Central (SMAC). Through journalism, I was able to further expand my reputation, and bring my ideas to the Club Penguin Army World. I bought GD a CSS and a Domain (gdarmy.com), which were both worth every cent (special thanks to Etac for coding). I hope to have the honor of leading this army to its golden age. Pungy: We’re 15th in the CPAC Top Ten!

As the President of the Global Defenders, it is my right and responsibility to react to an emerging threat within GD itself.

The Outback Soviet, a new revolutionary group founded by notorious individuals, Redd Kool and Ligit Pengy, have forced the secession of the server of Outback, our Capital Server, from the Global Defenders. In response, it is our duty to retake our ground which is lost through military response.

You have voiced your concerns over GD. However, being a Democracy, we have an Assembly, in which politically minded people, like you, can come to propose and vote on bills. If you would like my impeachment, you may propose it in a Democratic manner at the Assembly, where it will be voted on by the attendees of Assembly. If you wish to secede, you may, but you must play by the rules.

To the Global Defenders: You have democracy but are unable to exercise it. Assemblies exist only in theory and are not scheduled for their proper use. And while you work hard as the driving force of the army, what do you get? The only elected leader is the President, and he picks and chooses his favorites as Lords. Where do you find power under such a corrupt regime? We urge you to join us, and for the other Servers to secede as well!

  No where does it say in the Constitution that a Server may not secede if it is unhappy.
  
  “Lords may not declare war or invade other armies not already at war with the Global Defenders. They may not use their army to aid or ally with other armies that the Global Defenders are not already aiding as a whole or are at war with. Lords may not use their armies to rebel or strike against the power of another lord or the Greater Army.”
  
  We did not declare war, we did not ally with enemies, we did not rebel. Rebellion means resistance and there has been no objection to secession besides declaration of war. By declaring war on us, you break the bond of fealty between the Lord of Outback and the President of the Global Defenders, and we are no longer bound to those restrictions.

      The Constitution does not forbid secession among Lords, only rebellion. As long as the server is still loyal to the Greater Army, there is no breaking. Unity and loyalty are not necessarily the same thing.
