Hi Global Defenders!

Vice President Adster here to deliver a short speech: “Proof of the Era”:

Anyone in GD most likely knows the rises and falls this army has been through. Whether it was being in the top 8 on CPAC or barely staying alive, GD has been through it all. That is why I am here to tell you that today is a special day. GD has made it to 9TH on the CPAC top ten. True that is not our highest, but it is close. The main purpose of this speech is to solidify/focus all of our troops minds in to the fact that we are in a great position to rise to the top. Getting in the Top 10 is never an easy task, so once you are there you MUST be sure to solidify it and or grow from it. I choose that we grow from it. You soldiers have great owners in place that are willing to invest all of there time and effort to make GD rise, but they cannot do it on there own. In order to continue the rise we have been on, we MUST start doing/stressing these three things:

1. We MUST start recruiting more. True our size is not bad, but it is far from great. We NEED to recruit active troops that are proud to be a Global Defender. Whether you are low mod or High owner, you should ALWAYS be recruiting. Recruit on chat, recruit on CP, etc. Anyway that you can get troops to join is appreciated.

2. We MUST put more focus on GD. We have a lot of troops, yet I do not think every one of our troops top army is GD. GD should be the first chat you long onto everyday, the number one battle choice if they conflict, etc. The Loyal troops will be looked highly upon by owners and most likely receive a promo in the near future.

3.We MUST be proud. Knowing that YOUR army that you have put blood, sweat and tears into, has made it into the top 10 again, should make you more then proud. You should be so happy that you have GD in your name, green or blue nameglow if you have it, etc. Showing pride not only makes others respect you more knowing you stand for your army, but it also helps recruit. Pride is what keeps troops coming back to a certain army. If a troop is not proud to be in an army why be in it.

So those were my three points to keep tabs on over the coming months. To sum it up, WE are in a GREAT position right now, so we MUST stay focused on the task at hand and execute those 3 steps to the fullest of our ability. I and all of the other owners are greatly proud over what we have accomplished, and believe me when I say this, WE ARE NOT DONE YET!
