Hello, I'm Pungy1234, your retired leader and founder. My career in CP armies has been quite dynamic and by many peoples' point of view, quite strange. I joined the Nachos in 2009. I was in Nachos for a while but then they forced everyone to download the Nachos toolbar. This had also been right after I had gotten a talk at my school about not downloading things O_O. Because of this, I didn't download it and couldn't access the Nachos site. That seemed to be the end of my army career. Eventually, I quit CP and went to the world of Runescape. One day, I decided to start playing CP again (don't ask me why) and I remembered the Nachos. I found their site, and I was not forced to download the toolbar :) so I rejoined as a Private and I am now retired. I lead and founded the Global Defenders of CP. Thanks to Redd Kool, my dream became a reality. I led GD through the Flyer Wars, the First SWAT War, World War XII, the Second SWAT War, and many other encounters. I lead GD to become 8th on the Major Army Top Ten, though I couldn't have done it without my ever so loyal troops. Through leading GD, I became far from inexperienced and was inducted as a Small-Medium Army Legend by SMAC. When SMAC had "Legends Removals," I was not removed. I am also working as a Philosopher on Club Penguin Army Central (CPAC) and as the Head at Small-Medium Army Central (SMAC). Through journalism, I was able to further expand my reputation, and bring my ideas to the Club Penguin Army World. I bought GD a CSS and a Domain (gdarmy.com), which were both worth every cent (special thanks to Etac for coding). I hope to have the honor of leading this army to its golden age. Hey GD,
Things are going to be a bit hectic here at GD for the next week or so. I am on vacation again, but this may actually play to our benefit. seeing as I’m 3 time zones behind PST. In addition to this, a new “regime” if you will, is being put into place. GD’s new leadership will not be a dictator-like “regime” but more of a transition to new leadership. Also, check out some amendments to the Constitution.

Well, GD is obviously in need of a certain member of the glorious Kool Family. I left, but have been checking the site daily. And, well, you guys are a little inactive. Pungy can’t do it all you know. (I appreciate Jack, Hbk and others planning events. Kudos.) So, I return. Whether or not the slump is BECAUSE of me is debatable, but the undeniable truth is that GD needs me… well, help. And I just happen to be relaxed and ready to help. I just got CPAE out of a gutter after all (kind of, it’s a work in progress). So Defenders, are you with me?

Pungy Edit: I have promoted Hbk300 to the rank of temporary 2ic. Situation permitting, he will be demoted once Redd returns. I do NOT want to hear ANY complaints about his promotion. Hbk has earned this more than the current 3ics. Jack, you have been gone too long to get this. Greeny, get more active. If you want more details on the situation, PC me.
Well guys, it’s been a long, fun ride and the Global Defenders have seen and done some amazing things, but it’s about time I parted with you. I am increasingly busy, juggling school, sports and other things that have shown as always to be more important than even the Global Defenders. So I am taking a break. Probably a long break.
So I, Redd Kool, hereby retire from the Global Defenders’ Army for a temporary period of time. I will return upon the first day that I can once again perform my duties to this army. I will return again to decide if I will continue again or if I will retire for good.
So what this mean is:
